How it works
Two currencies, one loop.
| LEMON | SEED | |
|---|---|---|
| What it is | The token. A jetton on TON, capped at 100,000,000, minted only by the Bank. | The in-game money. Lives on the game server, never leaves it. |
| How you get it | Buy it with GRAM (ExTON), or redeem SEED you earned. | Sell lemonade. Tips. Welcome bonus. |
| What it buys | Stands, major repairs, zone upgrades, marketplace items. | Daily supplies, taxes, equipment, boxes, cosmetics. |
| Exchange | 100 SEED → 1 LEMON (maximum rate, see SEED & LEMON) |
The loop
- Get LEMON. Buy it with GRAM on the DEX or directly from the game at the current band price.
- Buy a stand. The price is in LEMON and rises with every stand sold. Your stand is an NFT with a type (Common to Legendary), a city, a zone, a level and a repair history.
- Every day: supplies, formula, round. Buy the day's supplies in SEED, set your jar formula for the city and the weather, pay the daily opening tax, and start the 60-minute round. Customers per minute are random and verifiable; you serve as many as your capacity allows.
- Earn SEED. Every cup sold pays the city price plus your zone bonus. Happy citizens tip. The stand gains experience.
- Spend or redeem. Spend SEED on better equipment, a better zone, boxes. Or redeem SEED into LEMON through the Bank.
- Take out what you earned. LEMON you earned by playing unlocks your withdrawal allowance. LEMON you merely bought stays inside the game until you have earned. This is how bots and whales are kept from draining the pool: only play unlocks the exit.
- Reach the cap, repair, repeat. Average play ends a stand's eleven-month life (purchase plus its four repairs) about +90% up on the LEMON first invested; good play comes close to +188%, lazy play around −8%. The rhythm behind those numbers: when a stand has produced 200% of its cycle price in gross sales, a major repair (50% of the average of what you paid and the current price) starts the next cycle, and each repair pays a higher multiple than the last, up to four. Then the stand retires with its level and experience intact.
- Watch the price index. Every SEED price in the game — cups, supplies, equipment, taxes — is multiplied by the price index: the current price of a Common stand divided by 100. One price list for everyone, at all times. The SEED→LEMON rate stays fixed at up to 100:1, so SEED never lose value in LEMON; but as the index rises, idle SEED buy less than they did yesterday. Spend them or redeem them.

Where the money goes
Every LEMON you spend on a stand, a repair or a zone upgrade goes into the Bank, the game contract that pays all SEED redemptions. All of it: nothing is skimmed for the team. Every SEED you spend on supplies and taxes cancels SEED the Bank would otherwise have had to pay. Every GRAM the game collects (selling LEMON above the price ceiling, or GRAM-priced content) is split the moment it arrives: 55% to the perpetual fund (can never be withdrawn; its yield buys and burns LEMON forever), 25% to the operating reserve (defends the price band, deepens liquidity), 10% to the team, 5% marketing, 5% prizes. The team owns no LEMON.
What playing costs in fees
The daily loop — supplies, formula, rounds, SEED balances — runs off-chain, so opening your stand every day costs no gas. Only stand purchases, repairs, zone upgrades, marketplace trades and redemptions settle on TON, and redemptions are batched. A typical player signs 10–20 transactions a year, roughly 0.1 GRAM in total fees.
